As a new patient, you may be unsure of what to expect on your first visit. To put you at ease, the following information will explain what you should expect when you see Dr. Hagood.
You will be warmly greeted at the front door. The first thing you will do is sign in. The receptionist will then take your insurance card to make a copy while you fill out your new patient paperwork. After your paperwork is complete, you will be placed in a treatment room where Dr. Hagood will consult with you regarding your symptoms and the reason for your visit. Your answers to these questions will help Dr. Hagood determine your individual course of treatment. If necessary, Dr. Hagood will conduct a few painless diagnostic tests to help him further determine what kind of therapy would be most beneficial. Dr. Hagood will combine necessary joint manipulation, therapy, massage beds, and rehabilitation to get you back on track. Treatment times vary, but most patients begin to see improvements after just a few visits.
